We have extracted news from the City Council that 8 months on from the publication of the Air Quality Action Plan for the city –which we criticised as weak and lacking targets – not one action has yet been taken to improve air quality. This is shocking, with almost weekly new research findings showing how dangerous air pollution is for all of us. There is no public report on progress until November this year ie one year after the (in)Action Plan was published. We will continue to fight for action.
