A strong, independent local voice

I want to be a good hardworking County Councillor, building on my strong track record as a City Councillor. I’ve been actively sorting out the issues that matter to residents, such as street lighting, graffiti, blocked drains, street cleaning and fly tipping. Small changes at a local level make a big difference. The Green Party does not tell its councillors how to vote, so I will be free to stand up for our area.

Listening to you and putting your issues forward

Having knocked on thousands of doors and spoken to so many of you, I hear the challenges residents face. My priorities are shaped by your experiences, issues like:

– Protecting green spaces
– Addressing the inequalities across our city
– Safeguarding public services
– Ensuring the availability of affordable housing
– Enabling easier travel around our city
– Creating safe streets with clean air

Greens are winning here

Many people in this area vote Green in local elections. Within the City Council wards that make up your area, five councillors out of six are Green. Change is coming at Devon County Council: support for the Conservatives and for Labour has collapsed. Greens can win here.
